Abdullah Al Nabhani

Abdullah qualified as a lawyer in 2008 and subsequently worked for two global law firms before co-founding Bait Al Qanoon (previously S & A law firm).

He is among Oman's senior advocates having been licensed to appear before the Supreme Court in Oman. Abdullah has comprehensive experience in the employment sector. He provided numerous legal consultations regarding labour companies' policies and penalty regulations in accordance with Labor Law No. 53/2023.

Abdullah is a highly respected dispute resolution specialist with significant experience in both Court and Arbitration proceedings. He is also highly experienced in joint ventures, partnerships, consumer protection, and real estate, as well as the complex laws around Oman's integrated tourism complexes.

Abdullah is the Firm's HR Partner.

Education: LLB, Faculty of Sharia and Law, Sultan Qaboos University, Oman, 2007. Masters in Commercial Law, Sultan Qaboos University, Oman, 2012. Registered as a Supreme Court Lawyer with the Oman Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs.
