Noor Al Khonji

Senior Associate

Noor is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Department at Bait Al Qanoon, having joined the firm in 2021. Before this, she completed her training at an international law firm.

Noor provides legal support across a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including foreign investment, company formation, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. She works with clients ranging from multinational corporations to family-owned businesses.

In the area of employment law, Noor advises on employment contracts, company policies, workplace investigations, terminations, labor restructuring, and employee-employer dispute resolution.

Education: Bachelor of Law (LLB), University of Reading, 2017; Legal Practice Course – University of Law, London, 2018; Masters of Law (LLM) in Professional Legal Practice – University of Law, London, 2018. Registered as a Primary Court Lawyer with the Ministry of Justice & Legal Affairs.
